Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment

We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 3 business days with most shipping even sooner. Made-to-order or low-stock items may take longer, and during peak periods shipments may be delayed. All orders are shipped with tracking information provided by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We use leading carriers (USPS, UPS) and always choose the most cost-effective service unless you select expedited checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic: 2–7 business days after shipment
International: Average 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

4. Tracking & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details. If the tracking status hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Responsibility for items shifts to the carrier after shipment. We’re not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused during shipping but we’re here to help resolve issues! If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us!

6. International Orders & Duties

For orders outside the U.S., duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in checkout. These vary by country, so please check with your local authorities if you’d like an estimate before ordering.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The current “Last Revised” date at the top reflects any changes.

General Policy

While all sales are final, Eko Design Co is committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of handcrafted and small-batch production, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders, incompatible fitment, or general preference changes. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details and ensure compatibility with their vehicle or application before ordering. That said, we always stand behind our products and will do our best to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Quality Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected(and if applicable tested for full functionality)before it leaves our shop. We take pride in the quality and consistency of our work and want you to feel confident in what you receive.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or non-functional, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the item and the damage/defect

Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement (based on inventory availability)
  • Store credit toward a future purchase
  • Repair guidance or troubleshooting support

We cannot guarantee a resolution if:

  • The issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • The damage is due to misuse, modification, or improper installation
  • There is insufficient documentation of the problem

Shipping Costs

In cases where a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. If we issue a return label, it must be used with the provided method.

Final Notes

Although returns and refunds are not part of our standard process, as a small business we genuinely care about your experience and will work with you to find a solution! If you ever have concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out!
