That's right, the best cup holder on the market just got LIT!
We took our already perfect ultimate cup holder for the Infiniti QX70, FX37, and FX50 and added a solar powered accent LED. No more spilled cups AND you can now see where to put your cup down at night - all completely drop in with NO wiring or batteries required!
This is the ultimate cup holder for your QX70, FX37, and FX50.
Does your QX or FX have terrible cup holders? If it's made by Infiniti(Nissan) then you answered yes!
These QX70 Cup Holders are spring loaded to automatically adjust to your cup size and specifically made from the ground up for the QX and FX line, requiring no modifications to your vehicle at all. It's a new insert that slides in place of your current one. There's a built in spill tray to help mitigate any messes to staying inside the insert itself for easy cleaning.
FITS ALMOST EVERY SIZE CUP!
From the small 8.4oz energy drink cans to the Yeti cup line, all of your cups will fit in these holders.
The arms are replaceable in the instance of upgrades or new adapters.
Base is has a rubber bottom as well to absorb some of the vibrations.
(last few photos show our non-LED version to display cup size but is identical in function)
A true innovation! You should sell it back to Infiniti. It’s even “sustainable” with solar now.
Love the blue accents, but mostly I love not spilling my drinks. Fits like a glove too.
This LED version of the cup holder definitely is a functional upgrade over OEM, it actually holds my cups in place when making turns at 30 miles an hour. and it does it separately where as the OEM is just a single flap that will have your drinks tipping over when you make turns if you have two different size cups, the LED lights is a Plus PLUS, it charges it's self during the day time, and turns off after it runs out of power at night time. parked in the hot sun all afternoon and it turned on right around Dusk, it comes with a light sensor where it will not turn on during the day time, but after it gets dark, BAM! lighted cup holder!!!!!! Holy Cup holder Batman!!!
after a week of using this cup holder. i do have two observations,
1, it does take some getting use to as you will have to either insert the cups at an angle and slid it in or just use two hands and push back the spring tension tab that is holding the cups in place.
2. any cups that has a weaker sidewall will either feel the wrath or be deformed by the spring tension tabs. with that said. i have tested with normal soda cans, they will survive, i have tested the 7-11 big gulp cups, they have survived, the little paper cups you get at the dentists water machine did not survive, water cups given at McDonald has survived, Red Solo cups has survived, cheaper 8oz see through plastic cups will deform if you are not careful, - barely survived.
some might see this as a negative, but there is always a give and a take in every situation, i feel like in order to ensure the security of the thermos / big gulps i put in the cup holder, and to prevent spillage, this is fair trade off, to not use cheap easily crush-able cups.
all in all, if you want an upgrade or if you are just missing that cup holder insert. THIS . IS . IT.
I love this cup holder so much with having a built in light and I'm able to see what I'm looking for at night and built very durable. Very happy with the purchase and well worth the money.
