Built for the S51
Every part picked for the QX shape.
Everything inside the EVO TRI was picked, tested and optimized for the S51 headlight. Every projector is aligned, wired and installed by hand, so each set is a true one-off build.

Six LED projectors across the set: the four inner projectors handle low and high beam, and the two outer ones join in as spot high beams, so any shadow ahead doesn’t stand a chance. The amber glow in so many of our photos is the DRL and turn signal. The low and high beams themselves are white.

The DRL and turn signal can run amber. The low and high beams are white only, and there is no amber beam option.

Every EVO TRI comes with EkoControl, our built-in controller. Pick your turn signal animation: sequential, traditional blink, reverse chase or same-direction sweep. It’s Wi-Fi enabled and updates over the air, so it stays configurable without ever opening the housing again. Startup animations are on the way too.

Questions
QX70 and FX headlight questions
Is the headlight beam amber?
No. The low and high beams are white on every set. Amber is the DRL and turn signal, and the DRL can run white instead.
Which Infiniti models and years do these fit?
Every S51: the 2014 to 2017 QX70, the 2009 to 2012 FX35 and the 2009 to 2013 FX37 and FX50, North American and Euro, AFS and non-AFS. They do not fit the first generation 2003 to 2008 FX35 and FX45 (S50), which is a different car.
What is the difference between the FX35, FX37, FX50 and QX70?
Names and engines. They are all the S51: same body, same chassis, same headlights. The FX35 (3.5 V6), FX37 (3.7 V6) and FX50 (5.0 V8) became the QX70 for 2014. One EVO TRI fits all of them.
Are these LED headlights or projector headlights?
Both. Each EVO TRI has three bi-LED projectors per side: an LED light source behind a projector lens. That is what gives the sharp, flat cutoff. LED bulbs dropped into a factory housing scatter light and glare; these are custom aftermarket headlights built around the LEDs from the start. A pre-made set is a complete replacement headlight assembly.
How do I know if my car has AFS?
AFS headlights turn with the steering wheel, lighting the road into a corner as you drive. Not sure? Email us a photo and we will check before you order.
Will my AFS still work?
Yes. The inner projectors retain factory AFS on AFS builds, and non-AFS builds are available for cars without it.
Is install plug and play?
Yes. The EVO TRI installs like a factory headlight with factory functionality retained.
How do I change the turn signal pattern?
From your phone. EkoControl is Wi-Fi enabled and lets you pick sequential, traditional blink, reverse chase or same-direction sweep. Updates arrive over the air, so you never open the housing to change anything. Switching the DRL between white and amber is a simple button press.
Can I upgrade them later?
Yes. The EVO series is modular: swap in a different high beam, swap the main beam for a Diode Dynamics SS3, or change the reflectors. Every set is fully serviceable.
Pre-made or send-in: which should I pick?
Pre-made starts with new housings and lenses, so your car never sits waiting. Send-in costs less and rebuilds your own housings or a used set, with de-chrome and new lenses available, but it takes longer. Non-OEM headlights can take longer again.
Do they work on Euro models?
Yes. The flat cutoff was chosen so the EVO TRI works on both US and Euro roads. Leave an order note that your car is a Euro model.
